Venture Concept No. 2 Opportunity - There will always be a need for people to use health care services, unfortunately although many are trying to avoid it there comes a point where they have to pick up the phone and call the doctor. Either way people need to call into the medical office and they need to hear back from doctors/hospitals in order to know what the problem is. This means there needs to be a facilitation of communication between patient and health care provider - People usually miss calls from their medical office because they are busy at work or do not have the time because of the place they are at to answer. Possibly missing having a conversation about their lab results. Missing the call means, you have to waste time calling them back and waste time while on hold which can be 30 minutes of waiting, only for a person to tell them that it was just meant to be a quick call. - The forces that allows this to happen is the perception that people have of time and their idea...
